This year’s TB meeting is devoted to the development and implementation of whole genome sequencing (WGS) of M. tuberculosis (Mtb) isolates in routine practice. With a special guest talk from Professor Sarah Fortune, who is the world-leader in this field and will talk about exemplifying the real-life clinical implications of mutations in the Mtb genome.
