Pressed chicken & mustard terrine, celeriac remoulade, toasted brioche  

Beetroot, goats’ cheese, poached pear, watercress & rocket salad (V)

Smoked Salmon, shaved fennel, ciabatta croute, salmon keta, creme fraiche and dill dressing

Mains

Seabass fillet with grain mustard potato cake and buttered leeks, mussel, parsley and lemon beurre blanc

Corn-fed chicken supreme with, carrot puree, curly kale, Hasselback potato, truffle sauce

Mushroom and winter green risotto topped with vegetarian hard cheese crisp (V)

Apple tart served with butterscotch sauce and vanilla cream
