Ischaemic heart disease is the most common cause of heart failure in the UK. This webinar will address the spectrum of heart failure management in the setting of ischaemic heart disease, including decision-making in medical therapy, the role of cardiac rehabilitation, use of implantable cardiac devices and surgical interventions such as revascularisation.

The challenging conditions that the war in Ukraine has brought to the delivery of adequate medical care to the ill and injured will be under the spotlight when leading neurosurgeon Dr Henry Marsh CBE joins RSM President Professor Roger Kirby at this specially convened event. Dr Marsh is a best-selling author and has been a pioneer of neurosurgical advances in Ukraine and the former Soviet Union since 1992.

This annual RSM diabetic eye screening conference will offer key updates direct from the NHS Diabetic Eye Screening Programme team and offer expert insight into the psychosocial aspects of diabetes and best-shared practices, with a focus on marginalised and diverse populations.
