Monday 3 October: in person or livestream 8.50am to 4.30pm

This event focusing on adolescent musculoskeletal injuries will explore issues surrounding long-term athlete development and early specialism, concussion in young athletes, non-accidental injury and how to combat abuse in adolescent athletes.

Wednesday 5 October: webinar 6.30pm to 8.00pm

Myocarditis – inflammation of the heart muscle – is the topic of this webinar for patients and healthcare professionals. The programme will discuss the diagnosis and treatment for myocarditis and explore the increase in patients with the condition since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Thursday 6 October: in person 8.15am to 6.00pm

At this event, trainee doctors will be showcasing their own research and audit projects to compete for prestigious RSM prizes, while national leaders in qualitative and quantitative research, innovation, audit and quality improvement will share their academic work through clinically relevant examples.
