The RSM Library offers a number of facilities available to RSM members, including a 24 hour service, free WiFi, photocopying and printing, and study areas.

The 1st floor of Library and the IT suite are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to RSM members.
Please note members will need their membership card to enter the Library. All other areas of the RSM Library are closed during out of hours. The route to the basement is for Fire Exit only.
The Library has PCs available on each of its four floors, all which are equipped with Microsoft Office providing access to the internet.
We also have an assistive PC equipped with a magnifying viewer to enlarge documents, software which can read aloud recognised text and an enlarged keyboard, screen and mouse.
Members are welcome to use personal laptops in the Library. There are power points available at several desks and cables to link to the internet can be obtained from the Library desk.
The RSM also offers free WiFi to its members. To access the WiFi network, please ask for the passcode at the Library desk.
Mobiles are permitted in the Library, but we ask for discretion and consideration of other library users if you are using them. The only area in which mobiles are not allowed to be used is the silent reading room on the 1st floor.
The Library provides free photocopying and printing for RSM members. There are three black and white photocopiers located, one on each floor. Printers are also available on each floor.
You can photocopy most items in the collection, apart from rare books and fragile items. Some items are available electronically, so do check before making a copy. Members are only allowed to copy a maximum of 30 pages at a time.
A self-service kiosk is available on the ground floor or the Library next to the enquiry desk allowing members to borrow, renew and return items whenever the Library is open.
Using the interactive touch screen, members can access their account by typing in their membership number. Powered with RFID tags, multiple items can be placed under the scanner for hassle free loaning, and all books and journals with barcodes can be loaned via the kiosk.
The Library has a silent study reading room, located on the 1st floor of the Library, and seven silent study carrels on the Mezzanine level. Both areas are free to use and can be booked in advance for periods of up to one week. if a meeting space is required, please hire a library room.
The newly opened Mezzanine Suite can also be booked for study sessions. A contemporary and adaptable group working space, the Mezzanine Suite has a 65-interactive touch screen PC and glass boards suitable for collaborative projects, meetings and study groups.

Food and drink can be brought into the Library, please be considerate of other users and do not bring in any aromatic or strong smelling foods. There is also a tea and coffee machine available on the 2nd floor, which all Library members are welcome to use.
