Sections under the spotlight
On 1 October, with the beginning of the new academic year, 25 new Section Presidents began their terms of office at the Royal Society of Medicine. Responsible for leading the specialist education programmes at the RSM, these volunteers will be making invaluable contributions to the work of the Society over the coming months.
In interviews marking their new presidencies, two Section Presidents, urology consultant Mrs Nadine Coull (above, right) and dermatology consultant Dr Portia Goldsmith, talked to specialist publications Urology News and PFMA Journal about their work, who has inspired them in their careers and what they are aiming to achieve at the RSM in the year ahead.
