Can I cancel or make changes to my event booking?

You have 48 hours to cancel and receive a full refund, provided this is at least four working days before the meeting. 

Refunds on cancellations after 48 hours will be given only to fees over £10 and will incur a 15% administration charge. No refunds can be given on cancellations made less than four working days before the meeting. 

Delegate substitutions are possible up to four days prior to the event and free of charge. However, when the substitution entails changing to a different event there will be a 15% administration charge and the event fee will need to be paid.

How can I get my CPD certificate?

If you attended an RSM event which is CPD accredited, your CPD certificate is available to download from your online account. The certificates are in the events booking section, next to the event you booked. Please note that the certificates only become available after the event has passed. 

I have booked an event on behalf of someone else, but I have not received an event confirmation email. Why?

The confirmation email is sent to the email address you entered for the delegate at the time of your booking. This is so that we can make sure they receive all the event details in advance along with their e-ticket.

The delegate should also receive an email to set up their online account, so that they can access their event booking information and CPD certificates.

I haven’t received my event confirmation – what should I do?

Please sign in to your online account to check if your event booking was successful; the details should be listed in the ‘Event booking’ section in the ‘My account’ area.

If you have booked an event and have not received an email from us confirming the booking, please contact the Customer Services team on 020 7290 2991 or email events@rsm.ac.uk to arrange for a new receipt to be sent to you.

I have booked for a webinar; how do I watch the meeting?

You will receive an email from Zoom 1-2 hours before the webinar is due to begin. This will include a link to join the webinar.

I think I have received a scam email from the RSM. How do I check?

We have been made aware of some fraudulent emails being sent to healthcare professionals, claiming to come from the RSM. Read more about the types of emails being sent here.

If you are sent one of these emails, or are unsure, we would suggest that you do not reply to them or open any attachments.
