During the webinar, several clinicians will discuss their experiences of their chosen F3 year and how it helped them with their careers. Additionally, we will explore options outside of medicine, including business and consulting, as well as discussing medical finances for junior doctors.

There will also be an interactive Q&A session, allowing attendees to quiz presenters on their experiences.

Attendees will be able to:

  • Learn what an F3 year is, what it entails and how it differs from training
  • Develop an understanding of options within medicine, including fellowship, research, working abroad, locuming and studying
  • Understand options available outside of medicine, including consulting and business
  • Learn more about medical finances, including medical pensions
