Speaker's biography

Dr Kate Edwards is a Gastroenterology trainee in Wales and is the Chief Registrar at Aneurin Bevan UHB. This leadership role, set up through the Royal College of Physicians, has given her valuable insight and understanding of the managerial structure within the NHS, and has allowed her to work closely with senior management colleagues to drive positive change to the current working practices locally.
