The RSM’s President Roger Kirby will be joined by Professor Walter Ricciardi, past President of the Italian National Institute of Health, Professor Melanie Brinkmann, German virologist at Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research and Professor Karine Lacombe, head of the Infectious Diseases Department at the Paris Saint-Antoine Hospital.

The panel will discuss the current resurgence of COVID-19 across Europe and its impact on health services, as well as the response to this in terms of testing and the roll-out of vaccination.
