The Royal Society of Medicine is hosting a series of three webinars for Boston Scientific Limited. Boston Scientific is dedicated to transforming lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients around the world. Boston Scientific Limited is responsible for the content and delivery of the webinar.
This third webinar will provide the participants with an overview of the latest developments in remote technology that enable Boston Scientific Clinical Specialists to provide real-time support. How we use technology to optimize the workflow and reduce the need to re-schedule patients.
This webinar provides a detailed overview of the Boston Scientific Remote Clinical Support team, RhythmCARE™, and the ways in which they can help support clinical practice. Participants will learn about the technology available and ways in which it can be used within the cath lab and/or device clinic settings. The speaker is leading this service in the UK, Ireland and Nordic countries and has used these tools during procedures throughout Europe.
This session should provide the participants with:
- Background information on the remote tools available in the UK and Ireland
- Clinical examples of the technologies in use
- Information on how to incorporate these tools into clinical practice
- The positive cost impact on our healthcare systems.
- Future directions of remote support
This webinar is aimed at all healthcare professionals who may be responsible for referring or following up patients with an ICD.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions to the panel during the webinar and the recording of the webinar will be made available to all registered delegates for 60 days after the live webinar.
The content of the webinar has been put together and is being delivered by Boston Scientific Limited. The RSM is hosting the webinar – it has not had any involvement in the content or delivery of the programme.
