By attending, you will get to connect with leaders in paediatrics and explore the changing role of the clinician in driving change, fostering safe cultures, building effective teams and research.

During the day you will learn about kindness in leadership and the different leadership styles before going into breakout rooms where you will discuss topics such as managing conflict and safety culture.
