About this event

  • Date and time Tue 24 May 2022 from 9:15am to 4:30pm
  • Location Online
  • Organised by Intellectual Disability

The focus of the day will be on the assessment and management of various neurodevelopmental conditions in children and young people.

Join us to explore the key challenges in the diagnosis of various neurodevelopmental disorders in young people such as the co-morbidity of multiple neurodevelopmental disorders.

Our speakers will be presenting their perspectives on a wide range of relevant topics and we will also be joined by a patient to provide their personal views and experiences. There will also be a panel discussion at the end of the session where participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.

During this session, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the current practice in the management of neurodevelopmental disorders in children
  • Explore the challenges in management of neurodevelopmental disorders and achieving a good transition into adult services
  • Learn how the guidance is applied in practice and reflect how they may want to improve their practice

This webinar is available for on-demand viewing. The webinar recording will be available for registered delegates up to 60 days after the live webinar broadcast via Zoom.
