This meeting will see both primary and secondary health specialists come together to explore how interface gastroenterology can support primary care and to discuss new effective ways of working. This is a unique opportunity for primary and secondary clinicians to understand how to maximise the value of interface services in delivering care to patients.

During this meeting you will:

  • Adopt and adapt clinical skills to support effective telephone/video consultations with patients.
  • Understand best use of near-patient testing in primary care
  • Value the use of interface services from primary and secondary care perspectives
  • Appreciate the importance of routine data collection and linked data sets to answer evidence gaps in current clinical practice
