 This meeting aims:

  • To share up to date information and research evidence about health and education in Down Syndrome
  • To promote understanding and  communication between professionals and with parents of children with Down Syndrome


At the end of the meeting participants will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of speech, language, social communication and attention in the education of children with Down Syndrome
  • Discuss recent research about health problems in Down Syndrome
  • Access up to date medical guidelines for children with Down Syndrome


This meeting is organised in association with the Down Syndrome Medical Interest Group.
