Dr Jane van Dis, MD, is an Obstetrics Hospitalist, Medical Director at MavenClinic, Co-Founder of Equity Quotient, Co-Founder of OB Best Practice in partnership with OBGProject, and a Co-Founder of TIME'S UP Healthcare. She co-admins the non-profit OB Mom Group, a group of over 4800 women obstetricians and gynaecologists.


She is a national expert and speaker on equity in healthcare, as well she currently advises 4 health care startups and was recently selected to serve as an advisor to a new femtech Fund with Portfolia.

Speaker's biography

Dr Lynae Brayboy is the Chief Medical Officer at Berlin-based femtech company, Clue. Lynae is responsible for developing Clue’s research in women’s health and will help the startup evolve into a go-to source for women at every reproductive stage: from puberty to menopause.


Her clinical research has focused on femtech (a term for technology designed for women’s health, coined by Clue CEO Ida Tin at TechCrunch Disrupt), and providing sexual health education for girls and young women. As a member of the BIPOC community, Lynae has particularly focussed on providing sexual health education for girls and women of colour.

Amit Reches leads the Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Algorithm Development team at Nuvo, a company pioneering the future of pregnancy care with their FDA-cleared, medical-grade remote monitoring pregnancy platform, INVU. He is also responsible for overseeing Clinical Activities & Scientific Publications for Nuvo.


Amit is a seasoned Research and Development Executive with over 15 years of experience in the Medical Device domain and extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary Research and Development teams in complex and dynamic environments. He is an accomplished leader in algorithm and technology development within the Medical Device industry and has many publications, patents and presentations fusing technology and physiology. 


Before joining NUVO Amit was the VP of R&D at ElMindA leading a team of neuroscientists, algorithm developers, engineers and data scientists from core algorithm and technological concept phase to commercialisation of a state-of-the-art FDA and CE approved product. 


Amit received his B.S. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and his PhD in Neuroscience from Technion Israel Institute of Technology. His PhD thesis studied saliency encoding and multi-sensory integration in the brain and his work was published in multiple top tier scientific journals.

Director, Women’s Health Tech Initiative, Chief Growth Officer, Ellipsis Health

Speaker's biography

Susan Solinsky is the Chief Growth Officer at Ellipsis Health, a digital health company that has pioneered the first AI-powered, speech-based vital sign to quantify depression and anxiety for scalable behavioral health management. She also serves as the Director of HITLAB's Women's Health Tech Initiative and is a a founding LP of the How Women Invest Fund. The How Women Invest Fund is dedicated to shifting the venture capital landscape by supporting women-led companies, with a focus on women of color. Prior to Ellipsis, Susan was Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Phreesia (IPO, 2019).

She co-founded Vital Score (acquired by Phreesia in 2018), a digital health platform that allowed for more meaningful interaction between patients, healthcare providers, and health services. She also served as Managing Partner at Reditus Revenue Solutions, a management consulting firm that provided interim/fractional executive leadership, across sales, strategy, marketing, product, operations and fundraising to innovative start-ups and health systems. Susan was on the founding team in a variety of executive leadership roles at the Advisory Board (IPO) and Corporate Executive Board (IPO). She received her Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) from Princeton University and completed her thesis on Spain's role in NATO. Susan is passionate about the opportunities ahead for FemTech to address the unmet needs of women’s health.
