Register for our final General Day of the academic year  on Syncope and Bradyarrhythmias for expert-led updates on diagnosing and managing unexplained loss of consciousness, collapse of unknown cause, and dysautonomia. Nationally recognised specialists will share the latest insights on syncope and advancements in pacing, including left bundle branch pacing. Ideal for cardiology trainees, this event will strengthen core knowledge essential for managing common presentations in emergency and outpatient settings.

This training day aims to deepen understanding of the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and management of syncope and bradyarrhythmias. Clinicians will be updated on the latest evidence, guidelines, and best practices, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration. The programme will review diagnostic approaches—including history-taking, ECG monitoring, tilt testing, laboratory analysis, and imaging—and explore treatment strategies such as pharmacological therapies, pacing, and lifestyle interventions. Recent research and clinical guidelines will be highlighted to support improved patient care and outcomes.

By attending this event, you will:

  • Develop knowledge of the latest guidelines in syncope
  • Understand the importance of MDT working in management of syncope, unexplained falls and orthostatic hypotension
  • Gain insights into the latest techniques in brady pacing and defibrillator implantation

Information will be updated closer to the date, including the addition of a programme. Timings are subject to change.
