Senior Facilities Coordinator Salary £38,556 - £45,000

Are you a skilled and approachable facilities professional with extensive knowledge of H&S legislation and codes of practice with an eye for detail and the ability to influence those around you?

This key role exists to ensure members, visitors, staff, contractors & subcontractors at the RSM comply with current H&S legislation and all safety policies & practices are adopted and adhered to and the building/service provision is organised and operating at maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • H&S coordination including carrying out risk assessments, considering how to reduce risks and ensuring policies and procures are properly implemented.
  • Working with the Head of Property and Facilities to develop safety strategies and internal policy.
  • Develop in house training on H&S issues.
  • Assist in managing and delivering building services efficiently and within budget.
  • Overseeing the Property Administration (new system to be introduced).
  • Managing insurance inspections as required.

You will have a proven ability to commercially manage third party suppliers as well as the personal resilience to manage conflicting demands and bring about positive outcomes.
