The RSM Library is committed to supporting members, staff and visitors in using our library facilities. Below are the services we offer to overcome barriers to using the library to its full extent. Please feel free to send any suggestions or feedback to library@rsm.ac.uk.

Assistive Technology PC – designated PC with JAWS screen reading software on a height-adjustable desk with high contrast keyboard, ergonomic mouse and Kensington trackball.

Document Delivery Service – articles from our collection can be scanned and supplied to the user.

E-journal and database tutorials – free tutorials are available in person or electronically.

Extended Loan Period – the loan period of items can be extended; this will be decided on a case by case basis. Please email library@rsm.ac.uk to discuss your individual needs.

Hearing Support System – a fixed induction loop is in operation in the library.

Library Building – all floors of the library are accessible to wheelchair users as well as washroom facilities.

Library Information – all library information, signage and leaflets are available in large print and Word formats – please email the library at library@rsm.ac.uk to request this information.

Library Tours – one-to-one tours are offered to help familiarise visitors with the learning environment and available services. Contact library@rsm.ac.uk to arrange an appointment.

Overlays & Magnifiers – various coloured overlays and magnifiers are available on request from the library issue desk.

Postal Loans – the library will post any loanable items to members, at the price of £5, and individuals are responsible for the safe return of books and journals to the library, either in person or via post.

Printing – various coloured paper is available for printing.

Retrieval Service – staff will retrieve journals and books on behalf of members and visitors. To make use of this service, please email library@rsm.ac.uk.
