There have been some excellent lectures that have recently been delivered at the RSM, many of which are now available to view on RSM Videos. Videos are free to watch for RSM members with a small charge for CPD, and just £6 for non-members. Find out more.

About this section

Purpose:

To provide a unified forum for the continuing professional development for all those working in the field of oral and dental health care sciences by organising a broad range of educational activities. To encourage the participation of trainees in the Section's activities and the RSM as a whole. To commemorate historical links between the RSM, the Odontological Society of London and the Royal College of Surgeons.

Section members:

The dental team including dentists, dental surgeons, hygienists, dental nurses and orthodontists.

Section council:

Section meetings and conferences are usually organised by members of the Section council, led by the Section President.

In this evening lecture Ms Serpil Djemal, a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at King's College Hospital, will provide attendees with tips and techniques in the diagnosis and management of acute dental trauma in adults, as well as cover the prognosis of traumatised teeth.
