Lind medal award

The Military Medicine Section is currently encouraging nominations for the Lind Medal, a prestigious award designed to acknowledge an individual that has demonstrated a sustained and positive impact on the delivery of medical care in areas of armed conflict, whether that be through operations or in the UK, development of training programmes or research.

Please send nominations to military.medicine@rsm.ac.uk by Wednesday 20 September 2017.

About this section

Purpose:

To promote and publicise the diverse work of the Defence Medical Services to all serving personnel (past and present) and to the wider medical community.

 

Section members:

Doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and medical services personnel who have an interest in the work of the Defence Medical Services.

 

Section council:

Section meetings and conferences are organised by members of the Section under the direction of the council and the Section President.
