The current prevalence of long COVID in the UK, the latest research and treatments for the condition, and the challenges around access to care will be explored at this webinar. Key speakers will include Dr Bola Owolabi, GP and Director of Health Inequalities at NHS England and NHS Improvement, and Darren Brown, Chair and co-founder of Long COVID Physio and clinical academic physiotherapist specialising in HIV, disability and rehabilitation.

Wednesday 19 January: webinar from 7.00pm to 8.05pm

Dr Phil Hammond, recently retired Associate Specialist for the Paediatric Fatigue Service, journalist, broadcaster, writer and comedian will join Professor Sir Simon Wessely for a conversation about his career, his views on the current state and longevity of the NHS and what he plans to achieve during his retirement.

Monday 17 January: webinar from 5.30pm to 7.30pm

Updates on the management of peanut allergy and advances in food and inhalant allergen immunotherapy will be presented at this webinar. The event will be held in memory of Dr Marta Krawiec and her work on childhood asthma and inhaled glucocorticoid steroid safety at the Medical University of Poland.
