Register to join Episode 83 'Ventilation and infection control' on Zoom here.

This episode will look at the links between ventilation and the transmission of airborne diseases such as Covid-19.

Our guests to discuss this topic are Professor Catherine Noakes, Professor of Environmental Engineering for Buildings at the University of Leeds and member of SAGE, and Professor Gabriel Scally, past-President of the RSM’s Epidemiology and Public Health Section and member of Independent SAGE.

In a discussion chaired by Dr John Moore-Gillon, Consultant Physician Emeritus, St Bartholomew's Hospital, the panel will discuss what we know about transmission and ventilation, the risks on transport, in offices and other enclosed locations, and how a focus on air quality could impact society beyond the pandemic.
