Medical students and foundation trainee doctors are warmly invited to attend the 2022 Royal Society of Medicine specialty careers fair.

This free, informal event offers participants a unique opportunity to explore their career options while networking with experienced clinicians and training programme directors. Throughout the event, members of the RSM community will be on hand to offer tips and guidance on choosing a specialty career path.

The half-day programme will include drop-in lectures and pre-bookable 1:1 sessions with training programme directors and specialty experts.

Doctors representing over 30 different specialties will be available on stands to answer questions about suitability, work-life balance, CV-building and the application process for the different specialities.

Participants will be able to:

  • Network with fellow medics and specialty representatives
  • Explore over 30 different specialties
  • Talk to training programme directors and experienced clinicians
  • Attend medical and surgical drop-in lecture streams

As a leading provider of continuing learning to healthcare professionals, the RSM is exceptionally well-placed to host this showcase event, which spans the breadth of medical and surgical specialties.
