This half day meeting will provide delegates with an up-to-date overview of the evidence base of hypnosis in sports performance. Speakers will address both academic and experiential aspects of the role of hypnosis in sports performance and sporting environments. In addition to hearing from a former world class sporting professional who utilises hypnosis with other sports professionals, there will be a presentation on the theoretical basis for enhancing strength in sport through the use of hypnotic interventions.

Gary Turner is a former World Champion mixed martial artist. Hear him discuss experiential aspects of utilising hypnosis to enhance sports performance.
