In preparation for Christmas, the Royal Society of Medicine is hosting, for another year, the annual Christmas Carol Concert. The evening will begin at 6.00pm with a sparkling wine reception before the carol concert begins at 7:00pm, followed by a four-course dinner with paired wine being served once the performance concludes at 8:00pm. All ticket funds will be going towards the RSM Charity.
The Christmas Carol menu can be seen below:
Starter: Oak soaked salmon paupiette filled with crab and lobster rillette, served with a shaved fennel and dill salad.
Main: Roasted Gressingham duck supreme, served with a potato gratin, carrot & cumin puree, fine beans and a blackberry jus.
Cheese board: Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese served with plum chutney, crackers and celery.
Dessert: Glazed lemon tart, topped with a vanilla cream and raspberry coulis.
Four specially selected wines will be paired with each course, followed by tea and coffee served alongside mince pies and petit fours to conclude the evening.
We look forward to welcoming you to this evening of celebration, networking and festivities a few days before Christmas. Places are limited, book your spot now to avoid disappointment.
