Jointly organised by the Royal Society of Medicine and HTC Robotics Section

In recent years, surgical techniques have evolved rapidly. The introduction of minimally invasive surgery (MIS) and robotically-assisted MIS have resulted in faster recovery rates for patients, with reduced post-operative pain and minimal scarring.

This one-off meeting will bring together academic and commercial experts in innovative engineering solutions to review the latest surgical robotic research and identify where future innovation in this field can benefit patients.
