The aim of the meeting is to update clinicians regarding the recent developments in the more political areas of obstetrics and gynaecology. Effective contraception and safe abortion remains a worldwide problem and has recently come back into the media as a focus for debate. In addition the meeting will cover the controversial area of cosmetic vaginal surgery as well as exploring the current developments surrounding uterine transplantation.
