Fraudulent emails to look out for

The Royal Society of Medicine has been made aware of some fraudulent emails being sent to healthcare professionals, claiming to come from the RSM. The emails claim that the recipient has won an award from the RSM for their medical work and states that they are due a significant cash prize or similar.

If you are sent one of these emails, we would suggest that you do not reply to them or open any attachments. We have reported these fraudulent emails to the relevant authorities.
