Mr Alex Ferrario
UK Head of HR, Whole Foods Market
This is the final part of a six-part webinar series exploring the occupational challenges faced by the retail industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hear first hand from retailers and Diana Kloss, retired employment tribunal judge, on how to balance obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
This is an opportunity for you to learn how to provide a safe place of work and at the same time fulfil your obligations under the Equality Act that states not to discriminate with respect to state of health, gender and ethnic origin, all of which have an impact on an individual's vulnerability to complications from COVID-19.
A CPD certificate with 1 CPD credit will be issued to those joining the webinar live as well as those who watch the recording afterwards. Certificates will be issued 7 days after the webinar to those who watch it live and after 30 days for those that watch the recording.
