RSM Support Services Ltd
RSM Support Services Ltd was established as a trading subsidiary of the RSM and all its profit is transferred by Gift Aid, free of tax, to the RSM.
The income generated makes an important contribution to the Society’s income and thus to the services we can provide for our Members.
The Board’s principal roles are :
- to maintain and where possible improve the buildings and facilities at Chandos House and Wimpole Street
- to provide academic and club services determined by Council for RSM Members
- to manage external meetings and conferences
The Company is run by a Board of Directors:

- Mr B Sethia, Hon Treasurer
- Iain Gardiner and Tim Cookson, external non-executive Directors
- Nigel Collett, Director of Support Services, RSM
- Mr Ian Balmer, Chief Executive, RSM
- Mr Mark Johnstone FCA, Finance Director, RSM
- Janice Liverseidge, Marketing Director, RSM
The Board’s current priority is to work up a third Auditorium in the Wimpole Room.
