Reservations & Room Occupation

Monday to Thursday:
A Fellow may book up to two rooms and must also be resident while that guest resides.

Friday / Saturday / Sunday:
A Fellow may book up to 3 rooms (6 persons) at the weekend. They must however still be resident whilst their guests are staying at the RSM.
Reservations cannot exceed 10 successive nights.

Check in

Rooms are available for occupation from 1pm on day of arrival.

If you arrive early:

• Luggage can be left in the luggage room (Domus Medica Reception).
• Feel free to use the lounge and restaurant facilities, and your room will be made available as soon as possible.

The outside doors will be locked at Midnight; If arriving after this time please ring the bell for the night porter.

Check out

Until 10.30am on day of departure.
A luggage room is available for guests who wish to leave their belongings temporarily after checking out.

Accounts

Accounts should be settled on the morning of departure or upon reaching £500.

We accept Cash, Cheque, Travellers Cheques (Sterling only), Solo, Delta, Connect, Electron, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Car parking

Parking spaces must be vacated by noon on the day of departure.

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be given by noon 48hours prior to date of booking and a cancellation reference will be given.
If notice of cancellation has not been received by this time the booking will be charged in full. This also applies to car parking and extra beds.

For a reserved stay of more than one night, non-arrival of the member for the first night without prior notification will mean that the booking is cancelled.

Olympics 2012 Booking Policy

Applicable from 26 July 2012 through 13 August 2012.

Fellows only during dates above. No guest room allowance during this period. Immediate family can stay i.e. son & daughter.

The room rates will remain the same, i.e. no weekend rates available during this period.

Tariff will be the standard, it will include our customary increase as of 1 October 2011, but will not be inflated for this event.

Full accommodation payment will be required one calendar month in advance of reservation. This will be non refundable.

3 nights maximum allowance.

No repeat bookings within this period.
