Adding the RSM to your Safe Senders list
Are our emails getting blocked, or being seen as spam or junk by your email service provider?
Add membership@membershipemail.rsm.ac.uk to your contacts list, or follow the instructions below when you receive an email from us (it might be in your junk folder), to add the RSM to your Safe Senders list.
Safe Senders list
A Safe Senders List (sometimes called a White List) is a list of email addresses that you are happy to receive emails from.
Safe Senders Lists are managed from the email programme which you use, or from the main email server at your company (you need to speak to your IT Support if your emails are getting blocked at work, or provide us with another email address.)
When adding an email address to your address book you automatically add it to your Safe Senders list, confirming that you are happy to receive their email communication.
