Library
The RSM Library is one of the finest postgraduate medical libraries in Europe. With over half a million volumes dating back to the 15th century, our collection also includes portraits, photographs and manuscripts. Every year up to 1,000 new books are added to the collection and we subscribe to over 1,300 current journals covering all aspects of biomedical science.
You do not need to be a doctor or a medical student to join the RSM Library. Library membership is open to all and members of the public can take advantage of temporary library membership which allows access to the Library collection for reference purposes. The archives are also available to the public, offering a fascinating insight into the history and evolution of the medical profession.
We also provide a range of services to help you make the best use of the Library including photocopying & scanning, enquiry and literature searches services.
