examdoctor has all the questions for MDU members
Doctors and medical students who are facing examinations in the next few months can get extra help with their revision thanks to an online resource called examdoctor which is now available to MDU members with an exclusive discount of 33 per cent.
Produced by the Royal Society of Medicine Press, examdoctor provides registered users with a prescription for exam success whether they are facing medical student finals or Royal College exams, including MRCP and MRCGP. The site includes practice exam questions in a variety of formats and enables candidates to test themselves with timed mock exams or focus on particular subject areas. Users can obtain detailed analysis of their performance and can rate themselves against their contemporaries, as well as access expert advice about revision and exam techniques. A range of subscriptions are available from one month, up to four months.
Nicola Turner, head of marketing at the MDU said: “Everyone knows the stress and sleepless nights that can accompany the run-up to exams and while doctors may have sat more exam papers than many of the working population, this doesn’t necessarily make it any easier. That’s why we are delighted to launch this exclusive discount with examdoctor, as part of the MDU’s Education and Training Programme, which will hopefully alleviate the angst from revision and help our members prepare for anything that the examiners can throw at them.”
MDU members can login for their discount at www.the-mdu.com/examdoctor which will give them immediate access to examdoctor. Students and doctors who are not yet MDU members but would like to apply can contact our freephone membership helpline on 0800 716376.
