Q) Do I need to attend all of the sessions?
A) We recommend that you attend the whole course (5 evening sessions in total). However course material will be available online so you can maximise learning from every session even if you are unable to attend the complete series.

Q) Will I get a qualification?
A) Delegates are given a certificate of attendance for each session they attend and will be awarded a Masterclass certificate once all 5 sessions have been attended.

Q) Will there be any course work?
A) There will no course work however we may provide reading material during the sessions and suggest further reading. At the end of the session we encourage you to use the techniques you have learnt when you return to work but this will not be formally assessed.

Q) Who will teach the course?
A) The course is taught by experts in healthcare leadership and management and doctors/individuals with managerial and leadership experience.

Q) Who will attend the course?
A) The course is recommended to a wide range of healthcare professionals, from GP trainees ready to embark on partnership, ST6 hospital doctors looking for consultant posts, Consultants, GP or junior trainees. These skills will help you in the difficult transition from junior to senior posts.
