Fundraising : Delia Smith

On October 20 2008, Delia Smith was the guest of honour at an exclusive event hosted by The Royal Society of Medicine in London.

Over 150 guests packed into the Max Rayne Auditorium to hear Delia answer questions about the use of sugar, salt and transfats, the best way to skin red peppers and the importance of smearing chickens with butter! Delia was terrific with everyone who attended and made time to meet all the guests and sign copies of her book 'Delia's How to Cheat at Cooking'.
