Deborah Padfield, Artist in residence at UCLH and PhD student will discuss how images can be used to improve our communication about facial pain . There will be an opportunity to work with some of these images

A patient with trigeminal neuralgia will describe her diagnosis and management in a specialised facial pain unit and the effects of belonging to a support group.
Jillie Abbott from the Trigeminal Neuralgia Association will describe the journeys some of their sufferers have been through.
