The importance of good communication in preventing
misunderstanding.
The importance of the dental professional ensuring
that their ability to deliver matches the patients expectations.
The objective of this meeting is that the delegates will form a better understanding of how to avoid being sued successfully and ways to manage patient care to keep the lawyers at bay.
