Free interactive workshop for RSM members.
Suitable for intermediate/advanced (with internet navigation skills).
Previous attendance to Introduction to Literature Searching is recommended.
Course covers:
- Choosing the most appropriate database(s) offered by the Library to meet your information needs
- Searching the databases using advanced tools including limit options and proximity operators
- Using Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) and EMTREE for more focused searches >
- Handling the results of a search such as sorting, using Clipboard and saving references
