On 15 October 2013, Professor Philip Beales of the Molecular Medicine Unit, UCL Institute of Child Health will give the Ellison-Cliffe Lecture entitled ‘Intelligent design, the moon and longevity: a tale of cilia’. This is the 27th such lecture, since Dr Carice Ellison and her late husband, Dr Percy Cliffe, established these lectures on annual basis in 1987. This meeting is now fully booked.
