Essential acute dermatology for General Physicians and GPs
Tuesday 23 September 2008
Venue: The Royal Society of Medicine, 1 Wimpole Street, London, W1G 0AE
Participating Sections:
Dermatology Section, General Practice with Primary Health Care Section
The aim of this meeting is to discuss the diagnosis and management of acute dermatological problems at the primary-secondary care interface.
The emphasis will be on conditions that may initially present from general practice to acute medical receiving units, and the main focus will be the requirement for referral, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, and the early management and investigation. Some new drugs in skin disease will also be discussed, especially where these may have side effects that are relevant to physicians outside dermatology.
We are no longer accepting registrations for this meeting via the website. If you would like to attend this meeting, please contact Nicole Leida directly (0207 290 3946). Places may still be available for this meeting, however, at this late stage we may not be able to offer you lunch.
