After providing payment you have 48 hours to cancel (by letter, fax or email) and receive a full refund providing there are at least four working days to the meeting. Refunds on cancellations after 48 hours will be given only to fees over £10 and will incur a 15% administration charge. No refunds can be given on cancellations made within four days of the meeting.
Places are guaranteed only upon written confirmation. Acceptance on to this meeting is at the discretion of the organiser. If pre-payment has not been made by the date of the event, the organiser reserves the right to refuse admission.
If you requested to be invoiced for the event, you will be asked to provide credit card details on the day if payment has not been received. Your card will be charged if payment is not received within 5 working days.
Delegate substitutions are free however when the substitution entails changing to a different event, a 15% admin charge will incur.
Registrations will not be accepted over the telephone.
If catering is being provided, any special dietary requirements are required at least four working days before the event. If you request different catering on the day you will be charged £10.00 and your meal will be delayed.
The RSM accepts no legal responsibility for the facts stated or opinions expressed during its events and that it is the responsibility of any person to satisfy him/herself as to which part(s) of those facts/opinions should be relied on in any way whatsoever.

As soon as we acknowledge your application you can start to make use of our facilities. If paying by cheque or credit card we will process your payment at this time.
Your application will be reviewed by the Membership Committee (the Committee meets approx every 8 weeks) and when accepted we will confirm your Membership and this will then run for a further 12 months.
If you decide not to proceed with your Membership Application, you have 14 working days in which to tell us and we will refund your fees in full. After that time fees are not normally refundable.
RSM membership prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
Data is collected for three purposes:
- To assess your eligibility for Membership
- To assess the correct category of Membership for you
- To allow the RSM to provide the information and services you as a Member would expect from it
The RSM does not sell or lease its Membership list and any information you might receive as a result of completing this form will come from the RSM or its agents.
Your order will normally be despatched within four days of its receipt, although you should allow up to 21 days for delivery.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, specification, colour and prices are correct at time of going to press.
The prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax. Postage and Packaging prices are included in the price.
If, after placing your order, you decide you would like to cancel it, you have 7 days in which to do so and return the goods in their original packaging and condition. You will be refunded the full value of the goods including the cost of delivery.
