PDF stands for Portable Document File. It is a format from Adobe that makes it possible to view formatted documents as they were originally intended.

You need a plug-in called Adobe Reader to view these files. This is available to download for free.

We provide access to remote services by proxy application. The most common problem is that this access is blocked by your firewall, which is especially true if you are accessing these from work.

If you have a firewall at your institution, it must be configured to allow web requests to get to EZproxy.
EZproxy is currently using port 80 in providing this remote access.

Please consult your help documentation or your IT department.

Also see EZproxy frequently asked questions for further information.
