Audience: beginner / intermediate (with internet navigation skills)

• Accessing electronic journals
• Finding grey literature on the internet
• Requesting RSM Library Services

Cancellation fee
If a booking is cancelled within two weeks of the course date, a cancellation fee of £30 will apply (£50 for temporary members).
