Accommodation
We have a fixed number of rooms reserved
at the 4* Hotel Royal and a booking form is
attached. Please complete this and send
it directly to the hotel to benefit from the
special conference rates.

We also have a few rooms at the 3* Hotel
de Genève which is a 4 minute walk from
the station (opposite direction from the Hotel
Royal). Rates for both hotels are as follows
and are on a first come first served basis.
We would mention that there is another large
convention in Geneva during this period so
PLEASE BOOK EARLY.

Geneva Transport Card
City Tax entitles guests to the Geneva
Transport Card. This card is provided upon
check-in and is valid during the entire guest
stay and can be used on the public transport
UNIRESCO within Geneva including train,
tram, bus and mouettes boats.

Upon arrival at the airport, guests may pick
up a free public transport ticket valid in
Geneva area for a period of 80 minutes. A
machine is located in the luggage collection
area. Once they have reached their hotel,
the Geneva Transport Card which they will be
given takes over.

Flights
British Airways fly to Geneva from London
Heathrow. Don't forget, as an RSM member
you can save 5% on all British Airways
flights. Just visit the 'Members only' section of

EasyJet also fly to Geneva departing from
Bristol, Edinburgh, Gatwick, Liverpool,
Luton and Manchester.
