How to assess the general, and procedure specific, risks to neuro, renal, resp and cardiac complications; Parsonet and Euroscore risk assessment systems optimising therapy and minimising risk before surgery; preassessment and pacing, devices and surgery, post op arrhythmias assessing the patient on ITU, formulating and communicating a management plan.
